WinCmd is a command interpreter for windows. With WinCmd You will 
be able not only to run a DOS command but also to execute batch 
files with a lot of windows features like message box, dialog box, 
list dialog and file dialog ...
The file cmd.exe is self extracting file. Just type CMD at the DOS prompt
and then read the file README.TXT .
